How does the free trial work?
Our Premium and Professional plans come with risk-free trial periods (7 days for monthly plans, 14 days for annual plans). You won't be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel anytime during this period without any charge. We'll send a reminder email before your trial ends.
How secure are my payment details?
We take payment security seriously. We do not store your payment information in any of our systems. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider who maintains strict PCI-DSS compliance. Your financial information remains protected at all times.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time, with the new features becoming available immediately. If you downgrade, your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, then switch to the new tier. Upgrades and downgrades are easily managed through your account settings.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account settings. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged at all. For monthly subscriptions, you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period with no further charges.
